South Korea Visa Requirements for United States citizens:

**Consular jurisdiction applies for visas for South Korea, which means that from our location in Chicago we can only process tourist and business Korean visas for the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

**U.S. citizens do not require a visa for a stay up to 90 days for tourism or short-term business, provided that the person has proof of transportation out of the country and sufficient funds for the length of their stay.

Requirements for a Business visa:

• Your valid, signed passport

It must be valid for 6 months beyond your stay and contain at least one blank visa page inside of it.

• 1 South Korea visa application form

It must be completed and signed.

• 1 color passport photograph, 2 x 2 inches in size with full, front view of your face, on a light or white background

• Proof of travel departure date

A computer-generated flight itinerary from the travel agent.

• An original business cover letter

It must be on company's letterhead and must be notarized.

• A photocopy of your passport information page

The page containing your picture, passport number, etc.

• Your Consular fees (nonrefundable)

Multiple entry (please allow 4 business days to process) - $45.00

• Bucktown Visas & Passports Visa Order Form, completely filled out

South Korea Visa validity - Multiple entries within 5 years of issue.  Visa allows a 90-day stay.

Please ship the following documents via FedEx to Bucktown Visas & Passports, Inc. at the address on the top of our order form:

1. Valid, signed passport (please make sure it's signed)
2. 1 Korea visa application form, signed
3. 1 color passport photo
4. Proof of travel departure date
5. Original business cover letter (must be notarized)
6. A photocopy of your passport information page
7. Your Consular fees (see our Visa Order Form for fees and types of payment)
8. Bucktown Visas & Passports Visa Order Form
9. Your Bucktown expediting and return shipping fees.  (They are located on our order form and are in addition to your Consular fees).

We will email you as soon as we receive your documents, and we will email you again when we process them and ship them back to you.
