• Your valid, signed passport

It must be valid for 6 months beyond your stay, with at least one blank visa page inside of it.

• 1 China visa application form

This form must be completed and signed.  No other form will be accepted.  Click here or on our "Visa Services" page to download the application.

• 1 passport photo, 2 x 2 inches in size with full, front view of your face, on a light or white background (Sorry, no digital photos accepted!)

• **Non U.S. passport holders only: A letter of invitation from the company in China

You must have the original letter.

• For a  China Business Visa: All citizens must have a company letter from their employer in the United States. U.S. passport holders do not need an invitation.

A letter from the applicant's United States employer, on its letterhead and signed by senior management or superior informing: a) job position, b) job description, c) purpose(s) and description of the applicant's intended activities during the trip, providing details such as dates, places, contacts, and end-purpose of the trip (sales, purchases, coordination, auditing, etc), d) duration of the trip. Information on pediodicity, average length and assignment description of future trips, if any, e) financial responsibility for the trip.

• China Consular fees (nonrefundable)

Single entry (allow 6 business days to process) - $140.00
Double entry (6 business days) - $140.00
6 month entry (6 business days) - $140.00
1 year multiple entry (6 business days) - $140.00
24-hour processing - Add an additional $30.00 to the above amount
48-hour processing - Add an additional $20.00 to the above amount

Click on "Visa/Passport Order Forms" on our menu button to print one out.  Our fees are located on the order form and are in addition to your Consular fees.

China Visa validity - Single entry visas are to be used within 3 months of issue.  Double entry visas can be issued for 3 or 6 months, but usually 3 months.  Multiple entry visas are based on either 6 or 12 months.  Time allowed to stay in China is 30 days for most visas.

Please ship the following documents via FedEx to Bucktown Visas & Passports, Inc. at the address on the top of our order form:

1. Your valid/signed passport (please make sure it is signed)
2. 1 China visa application form, signed
3. 1 passport photo
4. Your Consular fees (see our Visa Order Form for fees and types of payment)
5. Your company letter of invitation (not required for holders of U.S. passport)
6. Your letter of invitation from your U.S.-based company
7. Bucktown Visas & Passports Visa Order Form
8. Your Bucktown expediting and return shipping fees (They are located on our order form and are in addition to your Consular fees).

We will email you as soon as we receive your documents, and we will email you again when we process them and ship them back to you.
